This boat was owned by the famous Governor of Pennsylvania, the Welsh American Dr. Arthur James (1930's). He purchased the boat new in 1901 from the Wannamker store in Philadelphia, PA. This boat has cane seats, 2 sets of original oars, brass trim. It has been re-varnished to better than new condition. It is a multiple show winner and is probably one of the most beautiful Rushton's around.
