Note: You are required to pay for the purchase of your boat within 48 hours of the sale. A 10% buyer's permium is added to the hammer price as a donation to The Antique Boat Museum. As the buyer, you are responsible for payment of this permium at the time of payment.

What to expect when you puchase a boat. When you participate in the bidding process and your bid is successful, you become the new owner as soon as the auctioneer's hammer falls and the "Sold" announcement is made. Payment: You are required to pay 10% of the sale price for the boat on the day of the sale.

The buyer is responsible for the balance of the paymnent within 48 hours after the completion of the boat show. When the purchase, payment and processing is complete, keys to the boat will be released to the buyer. Antique Boat America.com gate staff will verify the buyers copy of the bill of sale before the boat is allowed to be removed from the auction site. Boats must be removed from the auction site within 48 hours after the close of all auctions.
