18 Feet 1953 Lyman Islander
A very popular and practical model, the 18' Lyman Islander features a dual side-steer configuration with lots of interior space. The current owner purchased the boat in 2011 and began the restoration, but moved on to other projects. She has been garage-kept and the sides have been braced to maintain shape. Boat is apart but everything is there in varying stages of restoration. Mahogany pieces are all serialized. Hull has a few areas that need attention but otherwise very solid. Gray Marine 100 motor will need a little work to get running.

26 Feet 1967 Lyman Sleeper
A popular and practical model, the Lyman Sleeper is spacious and great for entertaining in any weather. This example was totally restored in 2011 and also features a 350 Mercruiser Ski Magnum enigne that was installed at the time of restoration. A custom-built Searra tandem axle trailer is included in the sale. Equipped with custom bimini top and side curtains.
13 Feet 1952 Lyman Ideal Tender
Impeccably maintained, sturdy and solid Lyman Ideal Tender, a great rowboat or, when outfitted with a period-correct motor, a great boat for fishing or puttering around the lake or river. Varnished interior seats and trim with painted floorboards and sideplanks.
18 Feet 1953 Lyman
Major Restoration Work Recently Completed: 11 new hull planks. All new ribs stem to stem (steam bent white oak). Replaced section of keel from knee to amidship (white oak). Completely new mahogany transom. New mahogany plywood deck. New white oak rub rails. New mahogany windshield w/safety glass. All hardware totally rechromed. Engine, transmission, driveshaft, strut/cutless bearings all totally rebuilt. Dripless shaft log installed. New Custom Fuel Tank installed. All new gauges and converted to 12 volt system. 25' Feet 1966 Lyman Sleeper
This boat underwent a thorough restoration including bottom, transom, decks. All work was done by St. Lawrence Restoration. 2019-2020. Newer model Crusader with low hours provides excellent power. Upholstery, and Chrome have also been done. This is a stunning 25' Lyman. Reasonably priced considering the immense amount of work that has been done. Boat was in the water in July 2021, Runs strong.
24 Feet 1940 Lyman Mahogany-Sided Sedan
Lyman Boat Works constructed only five of the 24-foot sedan model in 1940; "Sea ‘N Isle" is the only survivor. She is also unique in that she has never been painted. "Sea ‘N Isle" has been on the St. Lawrence for over 80 years and has functioned as both a mailboat and fishing guideboat during her life. Purchased by the current owner in 1990, "Sea ‘N Isle" then underwent a 2-year restoration project including rebuilding both engines and transmissions. Over the years, she participated in several Antique Boat Museum-sponsored excursions, including one to Quebec City. She was also a poster-boat for the 2015 Clayton Antique Boat Show and won the Best Lyman in Show award at the 2010 show. She is a rare boat in overall very good condition but needs cosmetic work on her bottom and touch-up to her varnish.
17 Feet 1940 Lyman Islander (Hard Top)
One of the best maintained Lyman Double-Steer Islanders we have seen in many years, and a rare hard top version at that. "Pooch" (the owner's nickname for his daughter when she was younger) has a forward-facing wheel in the front seat and a side-steer wheel amidships. She sports a rebuilt engine and transmission, custom-fitted cushions, a sliding sun-roof on the sedan top, and a big rudder for extra maneuverability. She comes with a solid Loadrite galvanized trailer with bunks. An unusual boat in great condition at an attractive price. Just add water!

23 Feet 1971 Lyman Offshore
A two owner boat, and owned and cared for by a master cabinet maker who performed all the necessary maintenance and touch ups as needed. The boat was always boat house kept and stored indoors seasonally and has been in inside storage for the past 13 years. The current family has owned it since 1981. This Offshore model features a spacious layout and cuddy cabin. The boat is equipped with auto pilot and a windlass.This boat has been left in excellent in storage and the engine has been checked up on and turned yearly. This boat should need little to no work and is ready for boating this season.

1952 Lyman 13' tiller steer. Comes with 1960s Johnson 15 hp outboard and a 1973 Gator trailer. Hull is in decent shape, everything is there. Boat will need new gunwales and some transom work. These small Lymans are fun little boats. This would make a nice little restoration project!
16 Feet 1966 Lyman I/O Utility
This is a great 1966 Lyman Utility. It has been fully restored and has a Renault Twin Carb, 4-Cylinder I/O engine. It also has a full new canvas and all the work was done by a professional. It comes over a single axle Shorelander trailer which will pull the boat nicely.
22 Feet 1967 Lyman Sleeper
Only three owners. Only 146 produced. All original S1008, 22-Sleeper model, boards. Boat is listed in Ohio Historic Society. A rare find! New cushions, Ray Ware fish finder, compass, vhf marine radio, Perko dual battery selector switch, blower, etc.
16 Feet 1965 Lyman Outboard
Bought new by husband’s father in 1965. My husband and I were given boat by his father in 1976. Used on St. Lawrence River in Thousand Islands 2-3 weeks a year. A wonderful boat for fishing and boating. My husband passed away, so now looking for another family to love this boat like we did. Boat was completely redone in 2013 and has always been stored inside.
26 Feet 1967 Lyman Cruisette Hardtop
This 1967 Lyman 26 Foot Cruisette Hardtop is fresh out of the restoration shop. The restoration in cludes new decks with teak overlay, and a total refinish. The hardtop has been rebuilt and fiberglassed with the hull sides faired and painted. The foreward cabin was also painted an the bottom touched up. The boat has all new marine wiring and the main cabin was varnished two seasons ago. The owner. The boat is pwoered with a newer 210 HP Ford V-8 and is complete with a 2001 custom fitted Loadmaster trailer.

It's original name was "Tippy's Canoe". Tippy was Harold's girlfriend. I have more history of this boat also. 23 Feet 1957 Lyman Utility
The 23 Foot Lyman Utility is a perfect size for many utility buyers as it will fit in any boathouse and is nicely proportioned and very roomy. This boat has spent its life in the fresh water of the St. Lawrence River and is in good solid condition. The engine was replaced about 20 years ago, and by the owner's admission the boat is only used about 2 weeks per year. Gray Marine V8 engine with a Velvet Drive transmission. This is a great boat and suitable for fishing or entertaining and can handle any type of water. Last used in 2016 before winterized and going into indoor storage. Topside varnish in good condition and the upholstery is very nice. A cockpit cover is also included along with all marine equipment. There is no trailer included with this boat but gantries are available on site to position the boat on to your trailer, or transport may be arranged.
21 Feet 1963 Lyman Utility
The boat is a 1963 inboard needing a restoration. The transom and some ares of the decks need work. Gray Marine engine has been fully rebuilt at great expense. The original two carburetors were removed and replaced with a new single much more efficient one also within the last 10 years. Minimal use of the boat since that time. Engine starts and runs great. Has two batteries with dual switch, two water pumps, fish finder, stereo. This is an easy winter project with lots of strong points. There is no trailer included, but transport options are available as well as gantries on-site for loading on to your trailer.
21 Feet 1961 Lyman Utility
This Lyman spent many years in the freshwater of the 1000 Islands and in the last 3 years has been on Otsego Lake near Cooperstown, New York. The owner has two (2) other boats and is reducing his fleet. This Lyman has a very strong 302 cu. in 200 HP which was rebuilt in 2017 and will move the boat along nicely. She comes with a vinyl mooring cover, fire extinguisher, anchor and line, fenders and dock lines.
18 Feet 1958 Lyman Islander
This remarkable Lyman Islander sat in storage from the early 1960's until 2000 and is in very original condition. In the 2000's the tops, sides and bottom were stripped and refinished, the engine was torn down and rebuilt, and all wiring was replaced. In 2018, a new, larger canvas top was added and the sides and bottom were repainted. She sits on a 2004 trailer custom-made for the boat. Used nearly every day on a Florida freshwater river for sunset and cocktail cruising. A perfect boat! [June 2021 update: new battery, bilge pump and float, trickle charger, and dock lines. 16 Feet 1957 Lyman Outboard
Nice Lyman outboard with all original equipment and accessories intact, including original Lyman canvas top and side curtains, hog-and-horsehair cushions in fair condition, Evinrude 35 HP engine and instrumentation. Two-owner boat was originally in the Finger Lakes (New York) and most recently in the Thousand Islands on the St. Lawrence River. Restored in 2006 with several planks replaced and fresh coats of paint and varnish, she was run in the water last in 2019.
30 Feet 1967 Lyman Cruisette Hard Top
This stunning, classic hardtop Lyman has been meticulously maintained yearly by its owner who spared no expense. It has been completely restored from stem to stern. It is powered by twin Crusader 350 c.i. engines both of which have been completely rebuilt. These large Lyman's are very sought after and great for entertaining offering plenty of room for people to move about. This 30-foot model offers a dinette table and an entertaining area with a sink, fridge and countertop for preparing and storing snacks and drinks. It is equipped with an electronics package and everything on the boat is in good working order. The chrome is excellent demonstrating it's fresh water use as is the upholstery which has no rips or tears. The boat has been in the same family for over 15 years and due to an illness the owners are looking for a new custodian for this beautiful Lyman.
24 Feet 1989 Lyman Sportsman
Built in 1989, this reproduction Lyman Sportsman features a low maintenance fiberglass hull and all of the appeal of a wooden boat. She sports teak decks, teak flooring, mahogany ceiling panels and all mahogany trim. She has been beautifully refinished and outfitted with all new interior woodwork. Hull sides have been refinished in dark blue Imron paint which really sets this boat apart from the others. She was enjoyed on the fresh water lakes of Ohio prior to her move to Florida recently. Complete with a mooring cover and tonneau cover. Full 2017 Garmin GPS system. Needs absolutely nothing and is ready to enjoy!

This Lyman Offshore has been in the fresh waters of the St. Lawrence River since new and is in good, sound condition. The engine runs strong and without any issues. It recently had a partial new bottom, new transom, and interior bright work.
28 Feet 1965 Lyman Islander
This Lyman Islander has had extensive restoration, Hull completely rebuilt with new ribs and many new planks. The top of cabin sides are ruilt and the top is ready to attach. The teak is good. Flybridge was removed. I have over $20K in restoration, but not much needed to complete.
29'6 Feet 1968 Lyman Express Cruiser
This boat is a real head-turner after complete restoration in 1998-99 by Senecal Restoration, Landsdowne, ON; engines restored by Paul Hewitt, Brockville, ON. Original ice box with Norcold conversion system. 2 burner stove. Electric head. New upholstery in cabin & topside. New canvas by Navy Point Canvas. Original boarding ladder. Winner of Classic Cruiser category in 2005 Clayton Antique Boat Show. March 2006 survey available.
