This boat has been in our family since 2010 and we hate to see her go, but we have another wooden boat project and want to find new caretakers. She is a wonderful cruiser with tons of space for friends and family.  This hull is a slightly more rare 23' without the sleeper cabin which moves the dash forward and creates lots of space in the back for guests.  The 23' length is one of the best riding Lyman hulls as she is not too small like the 18' islanders and not too big like the 26'.  She has a modern Crusader 350 with a new long block circa 2017, which has proven very reliable since installation.  The motor has a heat exchanger so only coolant is running in the main block.  The hull is original and the deck was replaced in the early 2000's with a more dressy look that goes well with the varnished covering boards.  She comes with full cushions and a bimini which snaps to the windshield.  Lyman's are user boats.  We have used her and she has provided at least four young kids their first boat ride, including our daughter.  We hope the new caretakers will continue that legacy!
