20’ 1962 Lyman Runabout     Hull #Y1280    Transom Portia II Tunnel Bay     Purchased in 2020 after completion by Wykes Boatworks of Harlem, Ontario of its full and beautiful restoration including repairs and refinishing throughout.     Featuring mahogany ceilings, new gray flooring, boarding steps and pole and complete rewiring.     Mercruiser V6 Engine in excellent condition with a new long-life battery.     New seat backs, cushions and a full cockpit canvas bimini by Delux Auto Trim of Brockville, Ontario.    Fitted with new lines and fenders and a new Garmin.     Comes with all required safety equipment.     The sole blemish in this boat consists of degradation of some areas of the deck which have been exposed to the sun – a quart of the marine varnish used by Wykes is included.     This sale comes about as a result of changes in personal circumstances which have made regular use of the boat difficult.    The Lyman is moored at the Tunnel Bay Boat Club docks in the harbour at Brockville.     The owner may be reached at 613-349-4741 (no texts please).
