The fuel pump was rebuilt ion 2017 and included in the sale are all of the original operating manuals and engine maintenance and repair manuals. The trailer builder is unknown but it has been refurbished and serves the boat reliably.
3930019 Feet 1972 Chris Craft XK-19$14,500
This is one of only 276 Chris Craft XK-19's that were ever made and designed by famed boat designer Jim Wynne who was hired by Chris Craft to allow Chris Craft to compete with Donzi in the 1970's. This boat has a rebuilt outdrive and is very original and correct. Trailer is sold with bill of sale only. The Hull is solid and has no structural concerns. Gel Coat has faded over the years but could be brought back with minimal work. The only issues for the new owner would be with upholstery which is cracked in many spots and will need to be replaced. This is a great chance to get into a classic fiberglass boat.

3929516 Feet 1930 Georgina Bay Skiff$4,000
This is a lovely example of a Georgian Bay Skiff built around 1930. It includes two sets of oar locks, a tiller, a trailer with a spare tire and years of tender loving care.
3929316.5 Feet 1947 Chris Craft Rocket
This is a rare Chris Craft. In 1947. Several were cedar planked and painted. This is a mahogany planked boat with a newer bottom but replaced as the original was installed, with diagonal planks. Not a glassed over redo. Boat is all original with the exception of the bow light which appears to be a Hacker light. Chrysler straight 6 cylinder, runs beautifully. Got a small oil leak at the rear, keeps the bottom lubed up...Needs to be refinished as the last job was not done well , but it looks OK. Got a split deck plank where a deer hit her on the way to winter storage one year. It doesn't look bad though, a purist will see it. Because of it's rarity this girl has a lot of potential should you want to restore it to a collector unit. Or just run her as is as a great driver. It's a sweet little boat. Trailer is storage only, not road ready and it has a good mooring cover. Seats are original so should be redone but as I said a great driver. Previous owner put 40k into her ! God bless him. ID Number R16-139 ... Yes it's the real thing !
3929222 Feet 1965 Century Raven $10,000
Very good to excellent condition boat with low hours, always stored indoors and updated with recent paint, all new fuel system, batteries w switch, and dual Bilge pumps. The fore deck has been covered in Nautalex anti-skid surface. Looks and runs fast and smooth on rough water (as a lap strake boat should). Priced right for sale this year and could be used and enjoyed immediately. All Paint and Brightwork is nice.
3929118 Feet 1957 Lyman Runabout$15,000
Based on the popular Lyman Islander model, the 18 foot runabout was the next evolution in design with a larger, 6 cylinder engine and forward steering configuration. This boat has been with the same owner for 25 years and has been very well kept. The original Gray Marine engine has been completely rebuilt and the boat received some rib and bottom work recently. Nice canvas, interior cushions, crystal clear side windows, full cover, and a well fitted trailer. Complete with period correct fishing tackle for display. This little Lyman is in great shape and ready for her next custodian!
3929020' Feet 1968 Chris Craft Grand Prix $49,900
This is a 9/10 boat, completely restored in late 90's, and subsequently re-varnished bi-yearly thereafter. My father can no longer care for this boat, that is the only reason for selling. He is the third owner, with the boat being kept on Lake Gage in northern Indiana her entire life. Feel free to call with any questions.
