Built in Mobile Al, using ELCO plans. Boat maintained as a "daily driver", with decks and hardtop all fiberglass. Exterior maintained using Cetol, but interior varnished to high-gloss. Turn-key, move aboard boat. Entire boat rewired to ABYC standards. PYI dripless shaft seal. Onan 6.5kw genset w/1100 hrs in sound enclosure. Added extra engine room reinforcing ribs (5 per side), to support additional weight of generator and other updated equipment. Worm shoe removed, steel u-shoe keel reinforcement added. Hull refastened using ss screws & recaulked using Flexpoxy. Two Cruisair heat/cool units (16K & 10K BTU), galley updated. Surveyed 03/08
