Lovingly restored 1948 Chris Craft 40 foot boat housed in boat house #5, "I" dock at the north side of the Everett Marina, WA. Everything has been updated and/or is new and it has a current survey. The bottom was done by the Everett Shipyard (new through holes and paint), gas tanks were professionally cleaned out, white oil paint on the inside, 9 coats of teak oil on the outside teak decks and refinished mahogany sides and the original Hercules engines were rebuilt & are running great. It has new batteries, new aircraft wiring throughout, a new converter, new holding tank, new pumps, new bed, curtains, blinds. Etc. The boat house is also for sale for $55,000.00 OBO
