This 24 Foot Ditchburn Launch was founder 30 years ago on an Island in Georgian Bay (off of Port Huron) and we had it rebuilt in Gravenhurst. During the restoration process I drove from Toronto to Gravenhurst throughout the winter to see the refurbishing process. The boat was completed and has been with us ever since and is stored in our Island Boathouse year round. The boat has been operated every summer without any mechanical issues. A few years ago the stern of the boat was revarnished due to the sun fading as well as repainting the bottom of the boat. We are unaware of the boat needing any work at the current time and consider it to be in excellent condition.
