This is a great project boat! Transom is partially removed and the pieces are available for a pattern. A 1 inch laminated piece of mahogany is included for the replacement transom. Most, if not all original chrome parts are attached or in a box. All glass in included, one windshield pane has a crack in the glass. There is a bimini top included. Boat and trailer both have transferable registrations.
