This is one of only a handful of remaining launches made by Dowsett Boatworks in Portland, Ontario. She is also believed to be one of the largest long deck launches to come out of the factory. Interesting history, a former rum runner. The boat has been beautifully maintained and is a great example of Canadian craftsmanship from the Rideau Lakes region. It is offered complete with all of it's original hardware and is featured on page 99 of Bob Speltz's Real Runabouts Volume 1.
