This is a 1968 wood lap strake boat. It has a 260HP Marine Power Inboard (Chevy) with approximately 470 hours on it. It runs great! If you push it, it will power the boat on calm water to about 42-44MPH. Throttled down to 3000 RPM it will turn in 28 to 30 MPH on less than 10gal/ hour. Paint and Caulk are all in excellent condition - this is a wood boat that starts out NOT needing any wood work. There is no known rot (dry or otherwise). Fuel capacity is 49 gallons, and the tank is clean and solid - was removed last summer for cleaning and inspection. It has a new stainless steel drive shaft as well as a new prop on it 13x14 - this is the only thing that should be changed. It actually liked the Cox prop a bit better - it will cost about $85 to re-pitch the prop. The cockpit is painted in Grey fleck zolotone and not only looks great but also is easy to maintain.

Comments:
We have installed two bilge pumps (one for and one aft) as the low point on the boat varies based upon being underway or at rest. We also added two extra LED anchor lights on the back corners for a bit of extra visibility and working light, plus LED's under the railing edge on both sides for again some extra evening working/fishing light. It is wired for two Scotty Electric down-riggers (I am keeping the down-riggers but will leave the mounting plates and electrical in place. It also has a through the hull transducer that is compatible with the larger Lowrance LCX systems. However the Lowrance shown will not be sold with the boat. There is a new Icom VHF and Shakespeare antenna as well. It has two new Batteries on an A/B switch. And finally for the winter season the best part: It has a complete cockpit enclosure that is in Excellent condition.
