This boat was originally purchased by Edgewood Resort in Alexandria Bay New York and was used to ferry hotel guests along the St. Lawrence River. It was sold to the most recent owner in 1987, and received a complete restoration which included the replacement of it's center beams, new wriring, a rebuilt carb, gauges restored, hull repainted and decks revarnished. Today the boat requires another restoration and the hardware has been removed to be rechromed. This is a very popular model of Chris Craft with 2089 being made between 1945-1954. This is Hull ID# U-22-601.
