This is a very rare all aluminum, riveted sedan cruiser. Possibly built by Garwood - styling is reminiscent of Garwoods of the era. Aircraft aluminum hull, decks, top. Mahogany interior, teak floor, leather upholstery. Believed to be a Garwood prototype (they did produce aluminum busses in the 40's) to test the market for aluminum boats. This is a beautifully restored wonderful sedan cruiser. Restoration by Mayea Boatworks of Fair Haven, Michigan. A beautiful example of a boat that can not be duplicated today. All riveted, no welds. More photos and full restoration documentation is available.
