Very rare, roomy and excellent condition 22-foot 1935 utility with a well-documented history, starting on delivery from Chris-Craft plant in Algonac, MI to Clayton, NY in 1935. Spent the next 70+ years in the Thousand Islands before moving to Delaware for 15+ years and then to the Finger Lakes region of New York State in 2021. Recent upgrades include (1) engine rewired, (2) replaced head gasket, (3) dual 6-volt batteries w/ switch, (4) bottom strip, caulk and paint by a professional, and (5) rebuilt water pump with brass plumbing.
