Delivered to Minnetonka Marine, Wayzata, MN 5/22/36. I am the 4th owner since and have owned since 2012. History of prior owners known. Always freshwater in the upper midwest seeing summer only use. Over last 10 years has been in the water 6 summers, always on a covered lift and has been in storage for the last 3 years. Would estimate total hours during my ownership at 50 hours. Boat in near-perfect condition with only imperfections being a few cracks in the steering wheel and a small area of varnish cracking near the rear motor hatch border (shown in pics). Hull/deck finish excellent, leather seating, all instruments working. 5200 bottom by Bottoms-Up, Steve Bunda in 2012. Records available, but included new frame sections 1-14, transom frame, keel and chines replacement ( a few photos of process available). Bottom is inner marine ply, outer mahogany planks CPES treated. Silicon bronze fastenings. Engine (original) rebuild (original Chrysler Crown, type C, M1-2155. Have inventory of all work and replacement parts.
