DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH: Very old wood/canvas that is stripped and ready to be restored. Builder's stamp on bow deck is hard to make out...but says "....-Builder, Canton, NY". It appears to have been 'beefed-up' with extra ribs a long-time ago...maybe for extra heavy loads...but interior is decent and wood exterior seems sound, but dry from storage. One out-whale is broken at screw hole but is with craft. Needs stem-bands and probably rewoven seats, which look like original 'gut' like old Canadian snowshoes....cool. Craft has been stored since stripped but has nice lines and awaits your restoration. Health issues now decree that my some-day projects be passed along to someone else who appreciates this quality of craftsmanship.
