When my dad, George Brooks was discharged from the Navy after WWII, he drove up to the Old Town Canoe factory and purchased this canoe. He owned it until his death in September of 2021. It was used extensively throughout New England and lovingly cared for. We refinished it in the mid 80s but everything is original including the canvas and one paddle. It was last used about 10 years ago and has always been water tight. This wonderful canoe is in excellent condition and the photos speak for themselves.
