For Sale: Exquisitely restored 1924 Old Town 16' wood and canvas canoe (Serial Number 82594). This is the Heavy Water model originally designed for river running. It has the AA grade construction of oak with mahogany trim and includes two paddles. The original build receipt shows it was shipped from the factory in Maine to a store in San Francisco in March 1924. Recently restored and newly painted and varnished. In excellent condition. Can deliver in Pacific NW for a negotiated charge. We have more digital photos of the canoe, the shipping receipt, a vintage catalog cut, and the original Old Town canoe model listings with specifications.
