For sale is a 1965 Chris Craft Cavalier Express Cruiser, nice interior and solid, lapstrake mahogany hull with absolutely zero leaks, always a dry bilge(unless it rains). This vessel needs substantial work, including two new engines, has good paragon transmissions. Interior is in good shape, exterior needs woodwork, and painting, including cap rail replacement and probably most of the first plank under the cap rail due to dry rot. There is one spot of soft wood at top of transom on starboard side and one area of significant wood damage by the window in the head. Many photos and details are available. I have just purchased a 1964 aft-cabin Cavalier and reluctantly need to sell this vessel quickly, hopefully to someone who appreciates the classic lapstrake vessels and will restore her to fine condition. Vessel is moored in southern CA.
