This is a 27', 2003 recreation of the rare Chris Craft Racing Runabout. Only one of 3 original boats remains today. Custom built of mahogany from an original table of offsets and powered by a hand built 496ci V8. West System construction. Engine is has polished stainless steel headers with 4" copper tailpipes. Beautiful custom hardware, Bugatti fore and aft windshields compliment the sparkling varnish and rich green leather. Cockpits are enhanced by correct gauges and wheel. Each have individual covers. One large waterline cover. The boat sits on a triple axle Myco trailer with disc brakes and alloy wheels. Only fresh water use. Only shown a few times and has won best Chris Craft reproduction as judged by Chris Smith, best contemporary runabout and best engine compartment. Never in water overnight except at boat shows. If the sound does not excite you, the glistening varnish and chrome will certainly impress! A truly well mannered performer that has never missed a beat.
