Beautiful little lapstrake mahogany utility- a real nice project boat. Structurally excellent, planking is very good but needs a 2 partial planks. has no floor boards or hardware, but has all the seat framing and upholstered seats, engine box steering wheel/ column. Hardware was pretty simple and should be easy to find.New aluminum fuel tank. Has been inside for 20+ years. Engine was bench tested and ran nicely.
