Partially restored 1947 Chris Craft deluxe runabout. A new bottom was installed via “no-soak” Dannenberg method. A The transom was reframed in white oak. All of the bottom wood was replaced with white oak. A 4mm okume plywood inner bottom layer was installed. New Philippine mahogany planks were cut, sealed w/cpes & bedded in 3M 5200. The planking was sanded smooth, sealed w/ smith cpes, coated w/ moisture barrier paint & finally painted with hard racing bronze. The topside planking needs removed, some frames replaced, new battens installed. New planks cut from the old patterns and fitted to the frame. Sand stain & varnish. The interior will need to be recovered, I have not touched the engine. This project boat is very complete, Only stainless rub rails, bow & stern poles, are needed to complete. Boat has a clear Ohio title. The boat comes with a road worthy Northland single axle bunk trailer. I have an Ohio registration for the trailer,
