This Higgins boat is a rebuild project or used for parts. Ran nicely last time it was out. Current owner has had the boat since 1979 and was enjoyed for many years and then ignored. this boat deserves a better fate. It should be in the hands of someone who will use it for parts for their existing Higgins or else someone who knows about the boats made by Andrew Jackson Higgins and wishes to restore the boat to it's original lustre.
