Solid boat and proud as the day Bobby Orr signed his first professional contract in her salon. Below water line: Good to excellent condition, prior owner replaced 1430 board feet of planking with new mahogany about 10 years ago. Everything suspect was replaced and bottom painted every 2 years. Above the Water line. Good to excellent condition. There are 2 places that are slightly blistered and punky that require replacement. These are above the water line so can wait a year or two. Guestimated do it yourself, if you are handy for anout $350 in materials. The decks are also mahogany and teak and in good to excellent condition. Decks has been regularly varnished and kept up. Interior: Excellent to pristine condition: Newer broadloom throughout the interior. True details to her original condition in most places
