This very rare Wilbur Ketchum Launch designed in 1928 and was known for his sailboats. It is believed that this boat may be one of only three powerboats that he built. The keel was laid in 1941 but due to a shortage of wood was not completed until after WWII. Wilbur used her to commute to work and the boat is named after his daughter Claribel. In 2005 the boat was completely rebuilt from stem to stern. The cockpit comfortably seats 14 with built in benches and removable cushions. the cabin has about 6 feet of headroom with 2 berths and a head. The picnic launch was designed to beach easily and allow ladies to exit without getting wet and the bow has a hatch that can be removed to allow this to happen. It also has shore power and an inverter on board.
