This boat is in immaculate condition. Meticulously maintained by owner and boat house kept. In 2005, the boat was repowered with new engine, new exhaust and fiberglass centek mufflers, 1:1 transmission and new 1.25" stainless steel prop shaft, PYI drip less shaft seal, and 4 blade prop. New Mercruiser warranty for 3 years. Lower part of transom was replaced with solid piece of mahogany. New Mahogany cockpit. The cruisette has a sink, but needs new faucet and water tank. Survey completed two years ago and is available. The decks are teak and are coated with semi-gloss Cetol. The hull was painted in 2004. The bottom in June 2006 with copper bronze bottom paint and the interior received a maintenance coat of varnish. Boat only in water for two months summer of 2006. Seller will consider car or boat trade.

New larger wedge type rudder installed. Rudder port block replaced and at this time fuel tank was inspected and in found in good condition. New fuel filter hose installed. Lenco electric trim tabs. All wiring was removed and replaced. New Livorsi instruments installed. Garmin GPS and VHF radio included. Upholstery was replaced in 1997 and in good condition. New top was installed in 2003 with acrylic canvas and s/s bows.
