This is a very rare and sought after model of Greavette and a fine example of Canadian craftsmanship. The popular " Steamliner model was made from 1936-1956 and was characterized by it's unusual chrome cut-water and hull side rub rails and were available in the following lengths, 18", 22",24",26", and 28".Greavette's were known for such unique safety features as the rounded, non-pounding hull, fireproof and explosion proof and watertight compartments as well as sound insulated bulk heads. Tom Greavette passed away in 1958 which signalled the end of the boats as they had been previously built. This boat is currently 90% restored and requires only bottom paint and a boot stripe to finish it off. The windshield is not original nor correct. This is a double cockpit forward configuration. Interior is white and correct as original. Boat is currently dissambled and needs to be put back together by the new owner.
