22 foot mahogany boat custom built in 1966. Purchased at the Toronto Boat Show in 1966, family owned, boathouse kept, used every summer. Upholstrey is in excellent condition. The bottom needs to be replanked and part of the transom needs to be replaced. 1 board on bottom, and stringers are ok.
