A rare opportunity to own and restore a Riva Ariston. These boats today are well into the $100,000 area and this would be a great opportunity to enjoy a worthy project and bring a fine boat back to life. The owner reports that this unit Hull ID # 219 was brought to the United States in 1959 which would make it one of the very early units to come this way. It resides now in Texas and although the photos do not show it the owner has all of the hardware and does NOT think that anything is missing. The gauges although available are not the original. The boat came with a Chris Craft MCL engine which is also not with the boat. The Ariston was Carlos Riva's favorite model as he thought it captured his dream in every way in the water. Only 1200 of these were made over a 25 year period and this is a tremendous opportunity to own a rare and coveted boat such as a Riva.
