This is essentially a pattern boat but with some very redeeming features. Interior ceiling boards are in good shape as well as at least 50% of the side planks. As well 90% of the hardware is with the boat although it will require rechroming. The engine is currently out of the boat but was put away in a crate properly for correct long term storage and is ready for re-assembly. Boat will require a new bottom, keel, chine, transom and decks. Steering wheel comes in 3 parts and is missing the outer part of the wheel. This was the last year that Chris Craft made the 22U which was probaly CC's most popular model of Utility and one which catapulted the wooden boat movement when this model was featured in the movie "On Golden Pond".
