This 1959 Chris Craft Sportsman is a real survivor! She was purchased new in 1960 (leftover 1959-stock) by the current owner's grandfather. The boat went through a refit in the 1980's which included an engine overall. The Chris Craft 283 engine has less than 100 hours of run time. This Sportsman was in regular use each season until put in storage approximately 10 years ago. She has been recently extracted from storage and is ready for her next caretaker. Chris Craft only built 152 of this model between 1957 and 1959. The decks feature the quintessential 1950's Chris Craft 2-tone mahogany and blond color scheme. Tango red upholstery was exclusive to the 1958 and 1959 models.
