Completely restored including all new gauges. All hardware has been replated. Current owner has had the boat for over 27 years. Upholstery is in excellent condition. Engine has been rebuilt and has less than 10 hours on it since the rebuild. This is a fine example of Canadian craftsmanship. Engine is currently being repainted and detailed. This is a very nice boat and especially nice for someone looking for a Seabird. Owner reports that this is possibly only one of two known utilities made that were not lapstrake.
