The hull has no rot or other structural issues. It received an informal survey several years ago. It was found to be in excellent structural condition except for one smaller frame in the bow that was cracked. This issue has been addressed properly. The rest of the boat is in very decent shape. There is some water staining at some of the topside planking screw hole plugs so at some point it'll need to be revarnished. It hasn't been in the water in 3 summers now, so it will definitely need a tune-up and in fact should probably have the carb cleaned, and finally, it needs a coat of bottom paint. It comes with 3 Sunbrella covers and an older, but servicable dual axle trailer that has good tires but no lights. The interior was completely redone shortly before it was purchased (the previous owner runs a marine upholstery shop). The entire bilge was scraped and repainted two summer before the boat stopped being used.
