This boat was originally sold by a dealer in New Jersey where it spent the majority of its life. It was later sold in the Clayton, NY Boat Auction about 10 years ago and was bought by its current owner 5-6 years ago. Since then, it has been well maintained and used little. The bottom has been recently stripped and refastened. Nails were reclenched making the hull very tight. A piece of keel near the stem has been replaced. Laps have recieved new paint and a 3M 5200 treatment. Bilge has been repainted and fresh varnish was applied a few years ago. Has a 5 year old waterline mooring, but it needs to be re-waterproofed. Motor runs excellent and is trouble free.
