An original Lake George Lyman, sold new by Harris Bay Marina in 1962, this boat has had only had 3 owners. Over 1200 hours were spent on its 2018 restoration. A new Mercruiser 260HP V8 was installed, and all wiring and accessories were also replaced. During the restoration, several bottom planks were replaced, as well as any needed side planks and frames. The original Okume decks and gunwales were replaced with solid mahogany boards, now showing a deep shine. All of the original hardware was rechromed at a cost of over $6,000. This example has not only the highly desirable hardtop, but also has a large sliding sunroof; which has a recovered vinyl top and freshly varnished underside. The mahogany interior has been entirely refinished with 12 coats of varnish. The floors have been recovered with Nautolex. A 2022 refresh included new hull side paint, bottom paint and varnish and full tune up. The boat is berthed in an enclosed boathouse and has been lightly used on Lake George since its 2018 refurbishment and has ~200 hours since its restoration and new motor.
