This 24 Foot Shepherd Hardtop Runabout is in excellent condition. The owner has received many awards and used the boat for many seasons always in fresh water. The 24 Foot Hardtop with crank up side windows and windshield wipers provides both space for friends and foul weather protection when cruising. Shepherd offered hardtop versions of their classic open V drive cruiser but very few were built. The hardtop version has 6 more inches of freeboard and another foot forward. The hardtop arrangement accommodates eight people under cover, and seating for four more than the open cruiser arrangement. The original Hemi V-8 has been rebuilt. IN addition the transom has been replaced, the chines, frames and all of the interior side paneling, flooring, and fuel tank have been replaced. All seats have been re-upholstered which matches the steering wheel. Finishing the boat off is a removable maple picnic table. which can be installed in front of the rear bench.
