The Continental Super Primera 23 is “The New American Classic” as it was designed to embrace many of the characteristics and qualities of the classic wooden vessels of the 1950’s – 1960’s, brought up to today’s standards, with great options and the ever important exhaust rumble. The Continental brand is deeply influenced by the classic Rivas, Chris Crafts and Century’s, as well as many automotive styling cues. A unique feature of Continental is that the client can customize his/her Super Primera 23 to fit their personal tastes and wants, and that includes color. I’m hard pressed to find a builder who can offer that unique aspect anywhere close to our price point; this certainly allows the client to have a one-of-a-kind vessel. We vow no two Continentals will ever be built the same nor will they ever be mass-produced. Due to the unique custom-build nature of Continentals, we offer limited build slots every year as a way of maintaining uniqueness and high quality standards.

The Continental build process: Our clients chose the colors and options from our Standards and Options” sheet. Then they “build” their Continental based on our “Options Pricing” sheet to control cost and content. Next, they fill out the “Factory Direct Customer PRE- ORDER” selections form and send it to Continental, whereby a formalized quote is developed and sent back for final approval by the client. The physical build begins with the first deposit which allows all pertinent and long lead time items to be purchased specifically for that build. Subsequent deposits are made during the build until completion. Continental is also able to arrange plant tours for the client to witness the construction of their personal Continental.
