A beautiful example of a mid 60’s mahogany Arabian, powered by a 426 cubic inch, 290 HP Chrysler V-8. It runs as new and is capable of 45-50 mph. Hull and deck lumber is original. Transom bow, water line transom plank and two bottom planks were replaced in 2011. The current owner has had the boat since 2007 and believes he is the third owner since new. Three years later the boat was completely stripped, restrained and re-varnished with Interlux Schooner. It was re-varnished in 2011 and again in 2018 with six coats of the same Interlux varnish. Since purchasing the Arabian, she has been used and shown regularly. Sweet Jane is a multi award winner. She was completely re-done from the waterline down this Spring. The bottom was stripped to bare wood. All seams were stripped and cleaned to prepare for application of two part epoxy primer. Each seam was then packed with Interlux seam compound followed by several coats of Pettit bottom paint. The water line was then re-applied. This boat is totally turn key and ready for several years of classic boat enjoyment.
