I purchased this boat in 2010 and put the boat through a comprehensive restoration. Included were new struts, new bronze props, seams caulked, a complete interior, appliances, shower, custom antique sinks and granite. This Ed Monk Sedan Cruiser is cedar planked with white oak frames. The boat has a new aft cockpit, flybridge settees, period lighting on dimmers, wood fired fireplace, big screen w/ surround and 10 speakers throughout the boat. The cabin, cockpit and hatches are made of mahogany. The boat was designed in 1950 by Ed Monk Sr. for Roy Gimble who was a lumber baron in Washington State. It features Three Staterooms, a Full operational Galley, Two Heads and Brazilian Rosewood from stem to stern.
