The Century Boat Company began producing their "thoroughbred" model line in 1955 and named it the Coronado .A roomy utility layout with a 3/4 midship seat and loads of power made it a very popular model with enthusiasts. Only eighty (80) of this model were made in 1962 and it was the only year that they used the tri-color upholstery. The boat had come from Minnesota and had a 5200 bottom installed, new upholstery and lots of attention paid to the varnish and general overall maintenance. The boat has been gently used and has spent the last few years more as a display piece in Florida. It is offered complete with a solid tandem axle custom trailer which supports the boat perfectly.
