My father and I purchased this boat about 10 years ago as a restoration project. We finished the boat but never really got regular use out of it. In the mean time it has been sitting under a shed in Raleigh, NC. Last year I was planning on refinishing the varnish and getting the boat back in the water but after stripping the hull I found that one of the engine stringers had significant wood rot. There is about 4' of rotten stringer on the starboard side. I will be happy to provide additional pics. I know that this type of repair is beyond my capabilities and I would like to pass boat on to somebody who has the ability to get a very rare Century back in the water.
