"Ouananiche" was built in 1937 by Hutchinson Boatworks of Alexandria Bay, NY and she has remained in the 1000 Islands region her entire life. First berthed on Netley Island; the boat was later purchased in 1960 by the current family who kept her on Rowley Island. Restored and repowered in 2000-2001 by St Lawrence Restoration in Clayton, NY, and more recently maintained by The Wooden Boat Shop of Gananoque, ON. This 28' Sedan is an attractive configuration and offers "all weather" comfort with the sedan top, ventilating front windshield, and side windows that roll up/down.
