This is an opportunity to own and restore one of the oldest known Aristons in existence. Ariston #A25 was originally sold in 1953 and was powered with a Chris Craft MBL, 158hp engine. At some time in her life, the boat was updated by an Italian dealer using much of the hardware from Ariston #338 as well as a Riva Super Florida windshield to give her a more contemporary and sellable appearance. Remnants of the original battens are evident, helping to date the boat as a 1953 production model, although the hull sides were likely replaced at some point in time. The boat does, however, maintain its original bow cap with its matching hull number, A25. Some original dealer and import documentation is included with the boat. Imported into the USA through Ft. Lauderdale in the 1980's. Much research has been completed to help verify the correctness of this information. This is a very interesting find that is ready to be restored back to her original 1953 configuration and put on the show circuit!
