A once in a lifetime opportunity exists to own one of the last remaining Ditchburn Vikings. There were originally 20 Viking's built but only 7 today remain. "Mint Julep" was originally ordered by the Eaton family of Eaton Department stores in the fall of 1928 and was delivered by Herb Ditchburn the following spring. Her 200 HP Kermath overhead camshaft engine has received a meticulous overhaul under the watchful eye of one of Canada's premier restorers. This Kermath was the first one installed by Ditchburn and for many years was the fastest boat in the Muskokas. It was advertised to push the boat 43-45 MPH and was 40% lighter than the sterling petrol motors and offerd 25 more HP.The boat is concours ready and and is ready to be lauched and enjoyed.
