A very popular and practical model, the 18' Lyman Islander features a dual side-steer configuration with lots of interior space. The current owner purchased the boat in 2011 and began the restoration, but moved on to other projects. She has been garage-kept and the sides have been braced to maintain shape. Boat is apart but everything is there in varying stages of restoration. Mahogany pieces are all serialized. Hull has a few areas that need attention but otherwise very solid. Gray Marine 100 motor will need a little work to get running.
