According to the build sheet provided by Old Town, this canoe is a 1911, Model IF delivered to Purvis Brothers in Sudbury, Ontario on March 16, 1912. It was originally slate grey in color. It is built of white cedar planking with spruce decks and gunwales. This beautiful restoration is ready for you to use daily or proudly display in your cottage. Wood is solid, canvas is tight, paint is new. This model sold for $35 in 1912 and was considered a very high quality boat.
