Restored professionally three years ago in Ohio by a Lyman fan. No rot. Plywood on top of gunnel was replaced last month by professional boat carpenter with Mahogany. It appears that the transom was replaced a few years ago. Minimal maintenance needed. Recently varnished. Previous owner was the service manager of Marine Max in Sandusky Ohio. Motor is a 1956 30hp Evinrude, manual start. In excellent shape but needs the hood to be repainted.
