1956 Feathercraft Rocket-totally restored/turn key, 40hp Mercury electric start boat-GA registration in hand. New green upholstery color matched to motor. Completely period correct restored Tee Nee trailer worth $1500 alone, large wide sidewalls, 15inch original wheels. The motor was just run through by Dekalb Marine here in Decatur. It starts/runs/goes in and out of gear forward-neural-reverse, pumps water all as it should. I put 30 hours on the boat on a recent Feathercraft meet on the TN River-we had 40 Feathercrafts, and several hours on the boat on lake Lanier where I have a home with a dock. The boat is reliable and has no issues. The only reason I am selling it is because I have too many Feathercrafts-I am down to my last 2 and am keeping a Vagabond in addition to several,other boats-I have 8 boats in total. Everything is period correct on this boat including 2 Merc fuel tanks and lines. The 1956 was the only year it was a 2 passenger, 1955 and 57s were 4 passenger boat. The Rocket was only in production for those 3 years.
